位置方便，房间挺大的，公共浴室泡汤很舒服，离一蘭很近可惜排队太长吃不上
每次去东京，台北一直住在三井，这次住福冈三井体验一般，自驾游附近停车场超贵，晚一点肯定没位停车。房间一样面积少，床垫超软二人睡中间有个洞一样。早餐丰富但味道挺重的，寿司及鱼生饭是预制放冰柜再拿出来，鱼片已经变干。鱼生饭是超迷你的一碗。去福冈旅游不用住这些酒店，价格超贵，这次性格比真的不怎样。
从福冈机场过来就4站地，出站后几分钟就到酒店。旁边有一兰拉面总店，话说每次路过都看到排队的人群😅。晚上附近还有营业的屋台，位置很好，去天神和博多都很近。酒店房间不大，有些局促，顶层有大浴场还不错，每天回来可以在浴场泡汤放松。早餐有些特色，可以尝试。晚上休息很安静。
房间虽然面积有限，但是布置得当，还是比较见用的；设施齐全；卫生搞得很好；环境优雅舒适；服务员的服务也很周到。地理位置优越，步行3 0 0米可到地铁站口和中州大公园广场。特别要提一下早餐，面包和寿司是现做的，这个很是特别。
中洲川端站二号出口，两分钟就到了，旁边就是一兰拉面的总店，酒店旁边还有一个很小的神社，我还正好遇上了国广稻荷神社的御神祭。酒店总的来说，无功无过，日式四星级酒店的水准，房间大小比常规稍大一点。
三井的位置，天神中心位，感情就是为了购物和吃而准备的，所有的人目的地都是10分钟，点对点的距离都在500米内.房间不算小，可以平铺两个20寸的箱子.不二之选.
酒店在中州地铁站步行5分钟，附近有个堂吉柯德和松本清，虽然没有天神的大，但是一般买买也能满足了，一蘭拉面就在酒店前面。步行到天神15分钟左右。酒店大堂护肤品自取，房间干净干湿分离，房间也不小，性价比很高，退房还送了生日礼。
房间虽小五脏俱全。位置很方便。总体很不错。服务员很热情。一次性用品在大堂自己按需自取，很人性化。走出来五分钟就是一兰拉面，和很多咖啡店。
酒店地理位置非常好。离地铁站很近，周围吃的也很多。但因为它紧邻娱乐区，晚上和家人走过那里会觉得很尴尬。如果我早知道，就不会为家庭旅行预订这里了。
不过，能一直逛街购物，吃东西到很晚，这点还是很棒的。除了24小时营业的唐吉诃德和一兰拉面，看起来还有很多店营业到很晚。
办理入住/退房都得在自助机上操作，虽然这是现在的趋势，但缺乏人情味，我个人觉得有点遗憾。房间嘛，既然是日本酒店，自然是偏小的，相比之下价格也偏高。
大浴场虽然比较小，但用起来没什么不便。不过最让我意外的是竟然没有提供毛巾。大家去的话一定要记得自己带毛巾哦。
酒店性价比较高，离地铁近，和天神商圈不远，可以步行过去，博多商圈可坐地铁，自驾停车2000yen/天
酒店早餐偏西式一点，味道不错，工作人员风格是那种很客气的礼貌，但不热情，和熊本三井那家的感觉不一样。
