We only stayed one night but we were satisfied with our stay! Only problem was one elevator was not working and therefore they were hard to get! Husband eventually had to take stairs while I waited!

Breakfast was great, the pool area was beautiful and clean as well as the room smelled nice and it was very clean. Water pressure was not very good but overall it was a great hotel

I stayed here in preparation of going on a cruise with my daughters and friends. My daughters flew in first and the staff allowed them to check in before me as I was going in on a late flight. The hotel was very nice as well as staff. The location is very close to the the port. Very easy to get a ride. Very accommodating staff.

我们住的房间浴室门是谷仓门。
第一次搬家的时候，门卡住了，我们进不去。他们来修好了。第二天早上去上厕所时，把门关上了。想开门的时候，门又锁上了，我们被困在里面40多分钟，等他们来修。
然后，我们去用熨衣板的时候，熨衣板又坏了。
从办理入住手续到前台，我向工作人员询问了餐饮选择，她主动告诉我，她回答说，如果房间有任何损坏，我需要额外支付50美元，然后她才能回答任何问题，我觉得这很不礼貌。希望我能拿回这50美元，我之前不知道有额外收费，尤其是房间价格不菲，而且离港口很近，房间设施比较简陋，价格也比较高，有咖啡机，但没有瓶装水。

这是我们第二次入住，工作人员非常友好热情。房间干净整洁，早餐也不错。我会推荐给我的朋友和家人。
交通便利，靠近港口。景色优美，附近还有很棒的餐厅。酒店提供免费早餐和无线网络！
