Everything was great !!! Room was clean , hallways and the ice room .
Front desk associates were nice . no complaints.

Very poor breakfast even for a holiday inn, very grumpy attendant in the breakfast room.

The bed was very hard and pillows very flat. However, it was clean and well maintained.

Only downside was the room was not set up handle a phone charging cord without an electrical plug.

Location was good and facility was clean, but very overpriced (almost $400 for one night's stay) and no free breakfast. Doesn't seem like the standard for a Holiday Inn Express & Suites.

The convenience of a bar and restaurant was a good departure from other popular hotels in the area. The staff was very friendly, and the property appeared to be newer than it was. There was a large gathering area just off the lobby where our large group from all over the U.S. attending a family funeral could meet up. All-in-all, this experience prompts me to review my current hotel membership and seriously consider becoming a Holiday Inn member.
7月27日，我与家人入住了汉普顿酒店。由于赶着继续行程，我妻子不小心将结婚戒指和钻戒遗忘在了房间里。酒店客房服务人员非常诚实，将戒指交还给了前台。前台工作人员迅速、安全地将戒指寄回了我们加拿大的家中。这是我住过最温暖、最舒心的酒店。酒店员工热情的服务和正直的品格真正值得称赞。未来我们一定会再次选择这家酒店！我们万分感激。
房間還算乾淨，但偏老舊。一樓酒吧的bar tender非常非常nice。小缺點是周邊有點不方便
