The AC of my room can not be tuned off, we had to keep it on for the whole night with noise. Call the front desk but there were no available room to change.

The room was really nice. The hotel looked and smelled clean. The breakfast was great. All of the hot food was hot and fresh. The staff was very friendly and polite, and they called and made sure that everything was good. And it was close to many restaurants in a great location.

We did not understand the $7 property parking fee or the breakfast fee. Usually breakfasts are complimentary. The breakfast was not good. They ran out of coffee and it took 20 minutes for them to refill it. My daughter asked about it and the waiter snapped back “I am trying to get to it”. Coffee is important!

The wait staff for breakfast and for late night bar were awesome! The only negative was that the in room TV kept freezing up during College football. Others I spoke with had the same issue.

Excellent check-in service. Went out of her way to put us together. Only improvement would be room smelled musty. No coffee pods only tea and hot chocolate. Very clean cc and quiet.

The staff was great. The hotel requires you to pay to park in the parking lot or you will be towed. The floor in the hotel is sinking. Almost like the sub floor was rotting. We had no hot water the entirety of our stay.

We have stayed here before and the bed was always nice. This time the bed sheets were very itchy and the bed sink when you laid down.
