Tammy at the front desk was absolutely amazing. The care and compassion she showed my handicap mother, you do not see that everywhere. The hotel still needs some updating done. Thermostat did not work, lamps did not work, and the bathroom floor was so slippery with some film on it. This made it very dangerous for someone that is handicap.

Room smelled when we first walked in. I also left a pair of diamond earrings on the night stand and didn’t realize until I unpacked the next day. I called and talked to the front desk they never returned my phone call.

Small hotel, quiet, clean, lovely staff at the desk when I checked in after 6pm. Wonderful staff person sorting things for the guests in the breakfast area. There are enough standard breakfast items on offer, including the ‘make your own waffle’ machines everyone loves! Can’t beat the price point. Nice alternative to Galveston if you are in Houston for a cruise.

At the time of my stay they were experiencing some kind of plumbing issue. The whole hotel smelled like sewage.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room bathroom and shower were dirty, sticky floor and beard hair on the shower walls.

We checked in!! Went to our rooms and came right back down!! The whole motel smelled like sewer!! We were not gonna stay there!! The lady at the front desk would not refund our money; said she didn’t smell anything!!! There was another couple there and they left as well!! It was HORRIBLE

Could have had a better selection for breakfast. Toaster was not working properly. Condiments were not properly stored and not good to eat.
