The room was clean and everything worked. The problem was Silverwoods never answered their phone and was never in the office when I went there. I never knew if I had a room there or not. On the check-in packet they had used white-out to cover my and written another name over mine which caused much confusion to me The one time they answered the phone they instructed me to call ******* for a answer to my question.
My main concern is they do not give receipts which I need for my company. The whole situation with them was confusing, irritating and stressful.

The pool/activity center was only open on certain days and inconvenient times so if you are looking for something to do with the kids in bad weather don't count on the pool or activity center.

Mattress was terrible, but the overall condo was good. Appreciate the Roku TVs. No coffee, but there was a coffee pot.

The resort is located in a nice area to visit wildlife and foliage. Loved the deer on the property. Treasure Lake was drained so we couldn't go fishing. The unit needed updating. Except for new appliances and floors, our unit was tired.

Wonderful place to stay. Have been visiting Treasure Lake lake for years and years. Love coming up here to do some biking, the dirt roads in and around Treasure Lake off great gravel and mountain biking opportunities. The 19th Hole Traven offers THE BEST PIZZA I have ever had. Nice quite area with loads of wildlife. It is Like Seapines HHI but in the PA.

Enjoyed our stay. Very quiet. Nice walks. Unit was spacious and well equipped. Main living room and kitchen updated. Second level bedrooms dated but clean and functional. Twin bed mattresses need to be replaced. Overall, positive experience and would book again

The unit was not cleaned and was the worst we have had at the resort. We were charged a cleaning fee. It was not a good experience with broken microwave and stove.

Enjoy the rustic atmosphere of Silverwoods. No rat race. Just relaxing. Plenty to do in a 2 hour radius. Museums, shopping, eateries, fun. I’m a repeat guest, trying for once a quarter minimum.
