The hotel overall was very clean and welcoming. The staff were super friendly. Whatever cleaning products they use for the rooms smells amazing!
The only thing we would've liked was coffee made available throughout the whole stay down in the lobby. Its a small thing but something we look forward to at our Hyatt stays.

The room was clean and the bed is the best as usual. Michelle is your absolute best check in/food preparer/drink maker that they have at this Hyatt . I’ve stayed here multiple times and nights and Michelle really makes you feel like this place is your home away from home. She goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Also she makes the best root beer floats. My only complaint was that they usually change the breakfast up and you get bacon on Sundays, but there was none of their really good bacon. We are stuck with sausages and sometimes they bring out waffles. There was no waffles there was no oatmeal I didn’t have Kleenexes or trash bags but other than that this place is great it’s low price and it offers you a great night stay especially if Michelle is the one checking you in

Michelle is the absolute best check in person/chef/cleaning lady. She’s very kind and warm welcoming. She also happens to makes the best root beer float. I really love this Hyatt it has a homey mom and pop/business feel . I’ve stayed here quite a few times and Michelle is the absolute best.
