This is the fourth time my husband and I have stayed here and we will keep coming. The staff is always excellent, the rooms and super clean and tidy, and the location is very convenient. We love Hearst and the Villa Inn!

It was modern and updated. Great bonus areas such as a common deck with BBQ, room to use for office work, gym area and a roomy breakfast area. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were spacious.

Again was a great stay, rooms super clean, great service, the only negative is they removed the coffee maker in the room, I like to enjoy my coffee in my pj quietly before getting ready, hopefully they re-add them to rooms. Coffee is available 24hrs in dining area.

Other guests were rude
We had to stay due to an accident on the highway. Booking was easy, price was average, room was beautiful and clean. The beds were also really comfortable
The only thing I didn’t like was my check in but not due to the staff member. Other guests were having an issue with their credit card. One left to go fix the card and the other guy continued to stand there and wait. The staff member had to ask him to move so he could check me in. These other guests also sneezed on the breakfast in the morning before we had a chance to grab food so needless to say, we didn’t eat.
