Everything was 10/10! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and up-to-date. The on site bar/restaurant was amazing. Parking was a bit tight but abundant nonetheless.

Everything is excellent! Rooms, Service, Food and close to many downtown amenities. One of my favourite hotels because it is consistently great. Only downfall for me is they don’t have underground parking

每次来蒙克顿都住这家，床比较宽，房间干净
酒店位置和设施都很棒。但令人非常失望的是，我预订的是一间带两张大床的房间。然而昨天下午我们办理入住时，他们说因为客人很多，所以把我的房间免费升级成了特大号床。我当时说那很好，但是我是和81岁的父亲一起来的，我需要像我预订的那样有两张床。他们却说，哦抱歉，但您房间里有张沙发。我当时只有30分钟时间准备去参加一个家庭葬礼，所以没时间坚持要求他们做些什么。不用说，我当然不会让我父亲睡沙发，所以我自己睡了。今早我把这事告诉了前台，他们也只是说哦抱歉。
入住时间是下午3点，我晚上10点45分到的，房间居然还没准备好——你敢信？他们说是因为员工不在，要打扫很多房间——这根本不是我的问题，最起码的期望就是我这么晚到，不用等房间。真是糟糕透了，以后绝对不会再住这家酒店了。
