This place was okay. I will say the staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful.
The place is showing its age. The pool was closed for the season. The breakfast was okay but the coffee was cold half the time.
Overall was a fine place to stay for the week and we picked it mostly for the location.

Hotel made a huge deal out of using a third party to book. Wouldn’t give me a key and was a terrible check in experience

Our favorite place to stay when in town visiting family. Out of the way enough to feel residential, but literally just a couple of minutes from shops and restaurants. Rooms are always clean, staff is friendly, and breakfast has all the usual favorites.

Overall nice stay
Our overall stay was nice. Only a few callouts had to be made which it should have been communicated upon check in that they do not clean rooms daily, it’s every 3 days. We had to bring our towels down to front desk & exchange for fresh ones. Also the rooms are not well insulated because we could hear the snoring & convo of the people next door. Also I called to see if they would allow for an earlier check in & was told only if you’re a Marriott bonvoy member & if a room was ready at 2pm. So we had to wait until 3pm exactly to check in, so unfortunately they are not accommodating if you’re not a member.

酒店回复: I appreciate you bringing the room being cleaned every 3 days of your stay to our attention, However we are following Marriott policy, but also on the second day is the refresh service as in fresh towels and trash taken out. In the future if guest are being noisy you can bring it to our front desk attention that way we can get the issue can be resolved. I do apologize but early check in is for our members. You are welcome to sign up to become a Marriott Bonvoy member. Becoming a Marriott Bonvoy member grants you early check in and all sorts of additional benefits.
