When we got to our room we discovered the bathroom light did not work. We contacted the front desk, the woman came to the room and took a picture of the light that was not working. She did not offer us another room, she stated she would let maintenance know in the morning.We had no hand soap near the bathroom sink. When we requested hand soap the woman brought us dish soap to use. The TV had very limited channels. The continental breakfast was less than desirable the scrambled eggs were sitting in water, the sausages were dry.

Downgraded me from a single accessible room to a double queen room instead of upgrading for the same proce, and wanted a steep room deposit like Im looking like a vagrant or something. Asked for my information all over again after I alrwady provided it to *******.

The beds were really comfortable - felt like a princess in it! The staff were very friendly. You can text them if you need anything which is convenient. Breakfast was good too! Sausage, eggs, bagels, waffles, cereal etc.
