Friendly amd prompt check in. Clean and bright lobby with coffee bar and ATM. Room was very spacious, modern and clean and comfortable.

The staff was unhelpful at check in. I forgot my credits card and they said there was no other way to get a hotel room. After I asked a few times, ahe finally said I could pay online.

泳池很棒，房间宽敞又好看。但床上有臭虫。
交通不太方便，但很适合朋友们一起入住。
这是一家物美价廉的酒店。它干净、舒适、维护良好。我们曾多次入住，每次来里贾纳探望家人时，这里都是我们的首选。
晚上9点左右，我打电话给前台，要一些折叠沙发床用的毯子，但我们房间里的一部电话坏了，等了大约25分钟，也没人送毯子，而我们家还有小孩，需要睡觉。我又试着给前台打了3-5次电话，没人接，最后终于有人接了，还送来了毯子。
早上我又试着打电话，还是没人接。
绝对需要深度清洁。房间表面干净，但墙壁需要清洗，床需要搬开并用吸尘器吸干净。我们拉出折叠沙发床时，发现床底下有碎屑和垃圾。浴室很干净。只是需要多注意一些细节！泳池温暖有趣。早餐是标准的酒店早餐。我整个入住期间，无论他们身处什么岗位，客户服务都非常棒。
设施非常干净安静。早餐很棒，种类丰富！我们最主要的问题是很多东西都坏了。保险箱坏了，房间里的灯也坏了，我们住的4天里有3天泳池加热器都坏了。
