具体点评如下：1.位置，索菲特惠灵顿酒店，位于新西兰首都市中心，近议会大楼，近观光小火车，酒店对面是五星级博尔顿(Bolton)酒店。2.星级，从硬件设施、以同价位五星级看，所谓5⭐星，差强人意。何以故，以无泳池无花园无免费停车场故，停车是个问题，携程标注酒店可代客泊车。从软件服务看，态度很好，但没有外语对话服务，这里指☞没有汉语服务，是故，基本够5⭐星级。3.早餐，基本上是以法国🇫🇷为主的欧式风格。餐厅小，但卫生、服务和热加工、现场制作等，还挺好。4.房间内，卫生打扫干净，床铺舒适，有小冰箱和“迷你吧”，有书桌、wifi、壁画、床头柜、衣柜、咖啡机、电吹风等等，酒店不会主动提供一次性牙具和瓶装水，但客人可以单独索要。5.复活节时，酒店给客房门外挂了一个酒店自己制作的巧克力饼干，赠送给客人，比较温馨。另外，酒店有个很小酒廊和很小的健身房。
