As a foreigner with very little understanding of Japanese, I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful the staff were in communicating with us. The counter staff used voice to text translators to translate their Japanese to English. As we arrived directly from the airport, we were too early to check-in, but Tamura-san was very helpful in telling us about their day bath and buffet lunch package for us to spend the time. The onsen was very clean, and the accommodations were comfortable. Higu-san was exceptionally helpful on our last day, as she went the extra mile to help us call a cab to the Kimitsu highway bus station when our taxi apps failed to get us a booking. She helped us load the luggage on the cab, and even sent us off with a snack! For tourists like me who cannot speak Japanese, their support and kindness was immensely invaluable. Thank you Ooeda Onsen Mongatari (Kimitsu no mori) staff!

与一般的伊东园酒店相比，这家酒店的设施高了一个档次，住宿费大约是其1.5倍。自助餐（餐饮）内容基本相同（酒水收费可能算是个小缺点）。房间和温泉都很棒（干净，水温适宜），员工的服务态度也很好。酒店周围是连绵不绝的山，大部分是杉树林，称不上是自然风光优美，景色也一般。虽然有修整好的散步道，但酒店工作人员没有推荐，不过冬天去的话没问题。要是夏天去的话，可能会遇到蚊虫和野生动物。每层楼都有制冰机，这个服务很不错。提供了两把房卡，也很方便。
如果是一大群人热热闹闹地去玩，这家酒店很适合；但如果是少人数的家庭想安静地享用晚餐，自助餐可能就有些不够令人满意了。
温泉数量比想象中少，有点失望。设施太旧了，按摩浴缸也坏了。虽然是禁烟房，打扫也很干净，但房间里弥漫着一股应该是建材本身就带有的烟味，一进屋就感觉很不舒服，我想我不会再住了。餐饮是早晚餐自助，种类丰富，味道普通。如果带孩子来，应该会觉得挺有趣的。如果你在寻找一家价格实惠，充满昭和复古风情的酒店，那这里可能适合你。游戏厅里的乒乓球玩得很开心！
酒店所有员工都非常亲切，笑容也很棒。特别是晚餐和早餐餐厅门口那位女士（不好意思，不知道您的名字），她的服务热情周到，让人感到非常愉快！泡澡也很舒服，非常满意！谢谢你们！我先生说，餐厅里有厨师现场制作的区域，但很多人都没有和厨师交流，这有点可惜！我们吃到了非常美味的菜肴！

自助餐非常美味，还提供当地种植的大米。酒店工作人员非常友好专业，不辞辛劳地翻译，并在我们入住期间竭尽全力为我家人提供支持。酒店设施非常干净，维护得也很好。在酒店里散步，享受初夏凉爽的天气，真是令人愉快。
它在山里，周围什么也没有。作为除夕夜的一日游，含午餐。挤满了家人和朋友。公共大浴场还算不错，但是感觉很旧。如果是日式的我会很欣赏，但我担心现代设计。露天浴池有高墙隔开。在大山深处，如果能看到外面的风景就更好了。好首先是低温桑拿，就连我这种不喜欢桑拿的人也能出一身汗。自助午餐的食材质量不高，但我很喜欢，品种很多。总的来说，工作人员都很好，所以很好。我们两个人玩了半天，5000日元感觉很便宜。这是一次令人耳目一新的回家之旅。
虽然不是新设施，但很干净，是一个住宿的好地方。
