Our swimming pool is not advertised as heated, and in October, due to lower outside temperatures, the water can indeed feel quite cold. We understand that this may not be ideal for everyone, and we are sorry it affected your experience. Regarding transportation, our complimentary shuttle bus runs regularly between the hotel and the beach. During peak times, it can be busy, and for guests who prefer a more flexible schedule, we are always happy to help arrange a taxi service. We are sorry to hear you found the food repetitive and cold. We do offer a variety of dining options across our three restaurants, each serving different types of cuisine. For guests who prefer their meals very hot, we also provide microwaves in each restaurant to allow for reheating as desired. As for the all-inclusive package, it includes a wide selection of food and drinks, including ice cream and cocktails, which are available even late in the evening at the snack restaurant. Premium items such as branded ice creams, special cocktails, and access to additional activities like bouncy castles are available for guests who wish to further enhance their stay. We are, however, very pleased to hear that you found our staff friendly and enjoyed the breakfast and overall appearance of the pool area. Once again, thank you for your comments. Lamentamos que algunos aspectos no hayan cumplido sus expectativas, aunque nos alegra que haya destacado la amabilidad de nuestro personal, especialmente Aarón del snack bar y la socorrista en la zona de toboganes. Respecto a la comida, el day pass incluye el snack bar como parte de la oferta estándar pero también existe la opción de acceder a nuestros restaurantes buffet abonando un suplemento, aunque no se manifestó interés por ello durante su visita. En cuanto al cierre de la piscina principal, se debió a un incidente por lo que, siguiendo las normas de higiene y seguridad, tuvimos que cerrarla temporalmente para su limpieza. 我们刚从马略卡岛的Globales Bouganvilla酒店回来。不得不承认,看到负面评价后我有点担心,但考虑到这是一家三星级酒店,我也没指望有什么惊喜。我三人一周的假期大约花了5300波兰兹罗提,和波兰海边的其他住宿差不多。我们早上8:30左右到达酒店。酒店给我们安排了房间,所有事宜都解释清楚了,行李被送到了储藏室,然后我们去吃了早餐,因为客房服务下午2:00开始。至于酒店本身,我没什么可抱怨的。泳池很棒,水上乐园也很棒,有很多日光浴床,而且救生员随时值班。唯一的缺点是,像充气城堡和自动售货机这样的额外设施需要额外付费。娱乐活动几乎每天都一样。房间很简陋。我们住的公寓很大,有两个房间。浴室很小,只有一个浴缸。我们没注意到,因为我们只睡在房间里。毛巾每天更换。食物几乎每天都一样,但选择很多。唯一让我恼火的是人们无缘无故地排队,比如为了吃意大利面,它就在房间的另一边。因为很多菜都没人点,你只需要走到意大利面那里拿就行了。我从来不排队;我进去拿我想吃的,然后走。有些人站了30分钟什么都没拿,最后只拿了一块披萨,但没人上前。除了出发那天,我们几乎有七天都是晴天。天气非常好。有公交车去海滩,但步行20分钟就到了。海滩很漂亮,有一条长廊,还有卖纪念品、衣服等等的商店。我觉得人们花很少的钱住酒店,然后就自以为是,对一切都抱怨不已。我们非常高兴。
房间很差,我不推荐洗衣房旁边的318房间,从凌晨3点开始就散发着霉味,他们坐在那里说话,弄得洗衣房的窗户很吵。浴室里有霉菌,水从爪子上滴下来,最后爪子掉了出来。他们把我们换成了366房间,浴室里的窗户上有蚂蚁,根本无法清除。优点是儿童水上乐园,总的来说,我不会再来这里了,花了半天时间换房间。
尽管酒店有很多负面评价,但绝对不值得如此评价。食物非常美味,全天候供应,任何时间任何地点均可享用。饮品品质一般,但这真的不成问题。服务不太热情,但他们在用餐期间也有很多工作要做。其他客人留下的脏乱可能会让人心烦意乱,所以我并没有责怪他们缺乏笑容,因为他们真的做得很好。尽管如此,我还是要对餐厅员工表示由衷的敬意。酒店主泳池区非常吵闹,所以我们没有去那里。水上乐园很棒,救生员也很棒。酒店位于一个非常宜人的小镇和地区。负责开往海滩“小火车”的那位先生值得特别表扬。他是我们在度假期间遇到的最友善的人,总是笑容满面,心情愉快。那群活跃的工作人员非常活跃,虽然我们没怎么去,但很明显,他们激励了很多人在泳池和晚上积极活动。总的来说,这家酒店的整体体验和服务都值得推荐,但对于喜欢放松度假的人来说,这里不太适合,因为那里的人太多了,吵吵嚷嚷,而且对别人之前完成的工作漠不关心。这里只能怪游客,他们往往缺乏文化。
接待服务不错,泳池和日光浴床的供应情况也很好。房间据说有些老旧,但实际上需要彻底翻新(214号房)。浴室的每个接缝处都长满了霉菌。厨房的橱柜和门都用某种填料修补过,因为所有东西都坏了。晚餐时,因为餐厅布局糟糕,每个人都得排长队,然后从所有座位上走过,所以要排队半个小时。吃完饭后,你还得端着盘子走到隔壁的餐厅,因为没有座位,结果却被告知必须在餐厅用餐,所以还得端着盘子等着有空位。午餐也是如此;只有早餐比晚餐更容易找到座位,而且这还是十月中旬!我真不敢想象盛夏时节会是什么样子。食物的品质很好/不错,种类也比较丰富。只有烧烤和小吃区的食物种类单一,每天都一样。此外,房间里的噪音也十分怪异。前台接待员说我们住的地方环境优美安静,但到了晚上11点,公园后面的大帐篷里的娱乐活动还在震得窗户都晃动。而且,你能听到所有来来往往的声音,隔壁和楼上房间发生的一切,甚至有人摔门而入时,你都会吓得从床上坐起来——噪音就是这么大。
我们到的时候,前台已经乱糟糟的了。我们的房间已经三次没打扫了。饭菜经常是冷的,而且每天都一样。孩子们睡的床上的弹簧都露了出来。我觉得房间打扫得也不彻底。他们声称是全包的,但晚上的冰淇淋、鸡尾酒、充气城堡等等都要自己付钱。泳池冷得要命;我整个星期都没进去玩过一次。而且从酒店到海滩只有一班班车。相信我,这太难了,根本停不下来。我们发现工作人员非常友好。泳池很棒,就是太冷了。早餐还不错。总而言之,我们再也不会来了。
住宿条件糟糕透顶。房间里很吵,你会听到英国**的尖叫声。我们住在412房间,它位于一条繁忙的主干道上,可以看到围栏。房间里有霉菌和难闻的气味——简而言之,很不卫生。半夜楼上邻居的尖叫声吵醒了我们。保安一个小时后才会来,然后就安静了,所以没什么问题。我们经历了四个晚上的麻烦,后来又换了新邻居。他们非常吵闹,互相争吵,乱扔东西。我们立即去前台反映情况,他们告诉我们,我们需要换个房间,因为不能再这样下去了。幸运的是,他们同意了,我们得到了一个“安静”的房间。食物没什么特别的。餐厅布局混乱;人很多,但没有空桌。非常吵,根本没法好好吃饭。工作人员确实尽力了,但他们无能为力,或者说不被允许做太多事情。我们当然会接受这一点,回家后再采取行动。这可不是我们想象中的假期。
用餐时卫生状况极差。孩子们什么都摸,咬一口又放回去。盘子也很脏,因为孩子拿在手里,摸了上面的所有盘子。客人会把手伸进餐具篮,而这篮本来是给工作人员用的。孩子们用餐时通常无人看管,这意味着他们会摸所有东西。用餐时噪音太大,根本无法安静地用餐,更不用说享受美食了。度假是为了放松,而不是带着紧张的心情回家。白花了不少钱。再也不来了。真可惜,因为酒店环境很好,房间也不错,食物也不错。
我完全不推荐任何人买一日通票。他们把你排除在外,你只能吃热狗、薯条和汉堡。55欧元!垃圾。没有音乐,什么都吃不完,就像我说的!我完全不推荐任何人买。那天很糟糕,但他们不让我们进酒店,也不让我们用他们举办水上健身等活动的泳池。55欧元浪费了,什么也没做!

我们订了一日通票,在酒店里尽情享受,但说实话,它确实有很多不足之处。你无法像在其他酒店那样享受到所有设施。餐饮方面,酒店只有小吃吧,吃点小吃还行,但全天供应的话,实在不够。值得一提的是小吃厨师Arón的热情友好。这绝对是我们入住期间最棒的部分。他的友善和热情令人敬佩,总是面带微笑。Arón,谢谢你所做的一切。泳池很棒,几乎不用排队,但大泳池莫名其妙地关闭了。救生员们的服务也很好,尤其是在滑梯区域的一位金发女孩,她非常友好。但也有一些救生员比较严肃,什么都不愿意做。我想我们以后不会再有这样的体验了,但还是要感谢工作人员,是他们让这一天过得非常愉快。
