Hotel was nice overall. Room was very spacious. Needed extra pillows as we had 4 adults and 1 child but said they didn’t have any extra pillows. Room was clean overall, but a floss stick was left in the bathroom and my 2 year old daughter got a hold of it. The shower did not work correctly, but it did work. Breakfast was great. Overall a good experience though.

Accommodating for 5 people. Sofa bed was comfortable. Wish there was a tub to soak and a hot tub. Walking distance to the stadium. Tv was in an awkward place. Overall very pleased

Rented the 1 bedroom suite with sofa bed separate seating area. Size was comfortable and kitchen and fridge size were also very comfortable. The only thing was a roach came out by the sofa. I reported it to them, they did send someone to fumigate right away, but I was not as happy as they did not offer a room change, discount, or empathy to waking up to the roaches.
The night staff and cleaning teams were amazing though. Easy parking also.

They made us changes rooms which was an issue because my daughters was having surgery at Shands. Very inconvenient and did not offer a refund for the inconvenience. We had to leave hospital during the middle of her surgery to change rooms. Not happy at all!!!!

Came to visit the University of Florida. The hotel is very convenient to campus and very clean. Will definitely stay here again.

This is one of the best places I have stayed extremely clean. The employees were very professional and kind and we will be staying there again.
