not all hotels under the same brand are necessarily the same. This a very nice hotel in a small town. Host was very kind.

The toilet didn’t flush. We wanted the bottom floor but was told it was sold out. Air conditioning was very loud. There was very limited food options.

酒店回复: Have made a courtesy call after 2 hours of check-in and in response was everything was great. Did not requested online for bottom floor. But guest requested after arrival and I was sold out at that time. If needed then have to request in advance. Checked toilet is perfectly working. For food option I don’t have any control over city.

My stay was off to a bad start but yhe staff did everything to turn things around and made my stay pleasant. I will return and stay again.

They first room had Bed bugs when I pull the sheets back and then they gave us another room and it was roaches in there so it was definitely a bad experience to me.. I did check the reviews before I book but I didn’t see any bad ones so

Not bad, needs a little updating in the rooms but overall it fit our needs for a close location for a wedding. They replaced the towels daily so that’s a plus :) no breakfast…booo

Hurricane evacuation
Clean except for carpet. The motel was filled with Floridians evacuating Milton. The motel and the town itseelf treated us unexpectedly well. Much appreciated

The staff at this hotel is outstanding. We came here to evacuate from Hurricane Milton & they have been so accommodating & caring about all the guests here. (Most of us are evacuees with pets.) Local churches have been bringing food & drinks daily too. Cleaning staff comes daily to ask what we need & is very efficient. This is a great place to stay.
