1 night spent in chalet with 2 rooms. The chalet was very spacious and clean, each room was large and had its own bathroom. Very good mattresses (hard enough). A bbq oven was there (very safe). This night was so nice. The chalets are surrounded with green garden were people can install their chairs and tables to play cards or have a drink (there is no outdoor tables and chairs in the chalets). People at the reception are very nice. For your breakfast, and other meals, you can either bring your food or order via Careem… This is an incredibly green zone !!!

Stayed in a 1 bedroom chalet. Plenty of space. 4 can super easily fit in. Everything needed was provided. Even got help to get out my son's stuck plane from a tree without any fuss. WiFi is not free, but the lady at the counter was kind enough to offer it for us.

Fantastic green getaway experience Very good location with peace and quite for families. Check in experience was fantastic and fast. House keeping responsible for cleaning was good. Will come back soon. Wonderful weather also in winter.

We booked a one bedroom chalet for 2 days near the hot springs. Great experience overall. Loved the location and views of the mountain and greenery. The chalet has a fixed BBQ grill, which we used for our evening braais. Note it is self catering so bring what you need. There are some basics like cups, a pan and utensils for two. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would go again for sure.

Green Mubazzarah Chalets, a hidden gem in Al Ain. Great location, quiet, peaceful, very pleasant and a super clean chalet one bedroom chalet (inside & out). But the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff, especially Mr. Basil at Reception, an amazing friendly & professional gentleman. A gated property, good for families, safe & clean. Very spacious chalets fully equipped with split ac units, tv’s, fridge, microwave etc. Very spacious rooms and good running water pressure etc. with a bbq pit in the patio outside. Lots of greenery and parking space too at the chalet with cctv security. You can order food from their restaurants or even Talabat delivers here.

酒店和员工都非常友好和乐于助人。但是我们没有私家车，无法在那里四处走动。应该告诉客人要有自己的车，或者做好长途出租车的准备。
别墅非常干净且维护良好。友好的工作人员为我们提供了我们所要求的确切别墅。入住和退房过程非常快。电视服务可以改进一点，否则总体来说是一个不错的住宿体验
