Honestly out of all hotels I’ve been to, this was the best so far. The breakfast was great, we loved the room. Everything was just amazing. I would so come here again.

The hotel was okay. It would be great if the pool had a hot tub and it was a heated (as it was freezing cold). The rooms could use an upgrade. You can tell our room was the floor for pets which was not ideal. The front desk folks were great and attentive. I would just probably stay somewhere else next time. The location is super convenient which I do admit that is a big plus

Our room was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the sweet note from Sheila in our room when we arrived and her kind words when we were leaving. I would say the only downside was not having a microwave in the room and only one small one in the kitchen was available and several people were having to wait for it to be available. Other than that though it was great!

Booked a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch through *******. Got there the night of the booking and was told at the front desk that they don't have any double queen rooms and they can "upgrade" me to a single king with a pull out couch. Well if that's what I wanted I would have booked it that way! So I said that would not work and the lady at the front desk said "well you booked through a 3rd party so that's what you get. I can't magically make a room with 2 queen beds appear and next time you should book directly through the hotel". So needless to say I will never stay at a Hyatt hotel again and had to look for another booking at 10pm because they gave away the room I booked.

晚上一切顺利，免费早餐也不错。我们回到房间准备退房时，我正躺在床上，发现一只虫子正爬在床单上。这彻底毁了我的住宿体验。我们住在三楼。我把虫子弄死后，立刻就想赶紧离开。他们需要采取适当的措施来保持房间无虫。这就是为什么人们会花大价钱住凯悦酒店……否则我们可能会住6号汽车旅馆。非常失望。
稍加改进就能让这里变得更好。

服务还可以。我们不得不要求打扫房间两三次。
