Policy to offer housekeeping every 3 days was only told to me when I complained to front desk that trash needed emptied and bathroom towels needed changed.
Problem with TV shutting off, staff showed up and attempted to fix but unsuccessful.
Good part was the breakfast which was better than most places we’ve stayed.

It was a clean, quiet property with a reasonable price. The view was nice too, as it wasn’t crowded by a lot of buildings. Nice place.

Would not stay again
While the beds and pillows were comfortable the rooms really need updating. There were multiple pieces of furniture with tears and the toilet had not been cleaned.

Relaxing hotel with nearby restaurants and shops
This was a great place to stay for our Grafton Family Reunion. We really enjoyed sitting out back at the end of the days we were here.

酒店位置不错。房间还可以，但淋浴间有个大裂缝，用填缝剂补了补。早餐很差。咖啡机坏了，没有新鲜水果，面包也不新鲜。华夫饼机还能用，而且很好用。公共区域像电梯一样有漂白剂的味道。公共区域的洒水器漏水到地板上。房间里只有3件餐具，厨房毛巾和碗碟上还有一根头发。我们住的房间的冰箱因为门的问题打不开，然后又被台面挡住了，不得不挪开才能关上。冰箱有磨损痕迹，说明这个房间的冰箱很常见。
我们去布里奇波特参加旅行比赛的短暂停留期间，入住体验非常便捷。工作人员非常乐于助人，入住和退房流程也非常快捷高效。我们对这次住宿体验没有任何抱怨。
短期或长期
我们这次旅行只住了一晚，但套房设施齐全，配有沙发、全套厨房和所有生活必需品，非常适合长期居住。非常舒适。
