Super friendly staff! Room! Awesome! Could not believe the extent of making our stay effortless from tea towels to wine glasses! Then we found out they will be starting renovations!!! WHAT???? This place looks brand new! Front desk staff FANTASTIC!! Please pass this on to them!! ( can’t recall their names). When we visit Kincardine again we’ll definitely book in here! Sue and Chris Robinson ( Marriott owners…time share …2005!)

服务很好,早餐也不错,房间也干净。除了窗式空调机声音太大了,简直让人睡不着觉,我不得不把它关掉才能入睡,其他都挺好的。
地理位置优越,非常干净
淋浴间里有霉菌,浴室通风也不行。最糟糕的是,客房服务根本没来打扫房间,我不得不打电话让他们送干净毛巾。套房里有很多厨具和电器,你甚至可以借慢炖锅、电饭煲、搅拌机等。大堂前的露台有一个烧烤架,酒店客人可以使用。
我们在金卡丁参加婚礼,在这家酒店住了三个晚上,因为它据说是镇上最新的酒店。
优点:前台人员非常友好,早餐也还行。
缺点:房间条件太差了。床单上有一个大污渍,枕头有异味,毛巾上也有洞。
我姐姐房间的淋浴坏了,而且没有客房服务。总之,我们很高兴可以退房。
我们直接联系酒店后,他们非常热心地帮我们安排了一间虽然不符合AODA(安达法案)但部分无障碍的房间。这真是*******的一大败笔,也是我为什么不得不直接联系酒店的原因。*******在筛选条件或任何加拿大酒店的描述中都没有“无障碍”一词。遗憾的是,很多酒店和汽车旅馆根本不知道什么是“无障碍”。这种关键信息的缺失限制了我们的出行次数。我们本来想预订更多行程,但不能完全依赖*******提供的信息或照片。
另外,酒店方面还有一点要提醒大家:谁会在酒店洗澡呢?!!装修时,只安装淋浴间更便宜,客人也会更满意。另外,只有一个扶手并不能让卫生间变成无障碍卫生间!
这家酒店各方面都堪称完美:房间干净整洁,早餐丰盛,员工总是面带微笑。唯一不太舒服的是周围农场的气味。在酒店里,你闻不到任何气味,但当我们出去逛市场时,那种气味有时让我难以忍受。
