Our stay at SpringHill Suites was very comfortable and enjoyable. We loved everything about our room, the property and the staff. Everyone was gracious and helpful. I loved the fitness room and the morning breakfast was helpful, it saved us a bunch on food costs. My kids and husband enjoyed the pool and I loved the layout of the bathroom. I liked the convenience of the shopping places near by as to avoid having to go out of our way to go pick up things we may have needed during this trip. Also it was quiet even though we were right by the freeway. I definitely would recommend and stay again. We come to Houston pretty often, so we shall see. Thanks for having us.

Rooms were clean only down fall from this property is the noice. They gave us a room right on top of a patio and people partied there til 4am noice was unbearable they need to have a stopping point to party in the patio area Also ypu can here everything from the rooms on top all the stomping noice is bad.

I liked the property. Unruly guests and unstaffed personnel made a very unsafe and terrible experience the police had to be called.

工作人员非常不专业。当我走进去时，前台没有人，十分钟后出现，只是看着我，什么也没说。当我说我要去那里办理入住手续时，他说好吧，是的“名字”。整个过程中他没有再说过一句话，我问电梯在哪里，他看了我一眼就走开了。第二天早上去查看相同的经历，不同的员工。我不知道经理是谁，但确实需要培训员工和客户服务。
房间 - 浴室的门无法滑动打开或关闭。

浴室里没有沐浴露。沙发又脏又脏，微波炉很脏，浴室地板很脏，游泳池又小又过时，总的来说很糟糕。
非常干净，一切都超级舒适，床铺分布良好，早餐非常好，房间内设施齐全，有吹风机、熨斗、电视控制。它不起作用，但我们没有必要在外面呆一会儿，孩子们在电视上玩
附近什么都没有，但房间状况良好。酒店几乎是新的
