Not ideal….. but maybe it’s just me!!! My bedding had stained blood and there was no house keeping to change the bedding so I have to remove the dirty sheets myself

It's situated in a nice place in Frisco, near the mall. The parking was a fair price and I had no issues with safety, so that's another win. Breakfast was tasty and covered all bases so that's yet another win. The grounds maintained well, and the staff was pleasant. I had no issues with the stay...absolutely none. Would recommend to anyone.

干净整洁，很有家的感觉，地理位置好，住着很舒服。唯一美中不足的是淋浴水温无法调节。
很遗憾，我没有得到我要求的那两间房间……他们给了我一张带沙发的床，但没有一张四人沙发床……房间信息上写着只能睡4个人。那张床和沙发根本塞不下4个人。我要求提供几间适合我们一家人需求的房间，然而当我要求他们解决这个问题时……他们既没有关心，也没有补偿。
我们已经在这里住过几次了，这次我们不会再来了。
该酒店物超所值。房间干净宽敞，工作人员友好且乐于助人。酒店的健身房可以升级，增加更多器械！总体来说，非常推荐这家酒店！
