Breakfast was great , the room was clean but they were things that should have been cleaner , example the lamp was dirty , had some type of sauce on it . There was hair on the shower wall .

I thought the name Hyatt meant something great. Hyatt mission statement: We care for people so they can be their best. Not the case. We are family. Not the case. Creating a world of care. What?? We embrace everyone - not in our books.
Room was run down, cupboard door fell off down to the floor, 2 - 4" holes in closet doors and looked like it was repaired by a 2 year old. We complained, requested a room change, but this information was not communicated to the next shift change. We waited and waited. No one offered to help us move our luggage. This is not caring, this is not family.
We have never been treated so poorly at a hotel before.
