The young man upfront was very helpful. It was clean and warm up front. I needed a copy made and was able to get it. Breakfast was basic the waffles was very good. Would love some boiled eggs for protein or nuts to balance my blood sugar. But, overall it was a great stay and a great price. I will come back and highly recommend this one.

Check in was frustrating! I entered the office on my walker and they assigned us a 2nd floor room without an elevator, when i questioned it, they gave us a first floor room. We got to the room, the key didn't work! Went back to the desk to rekey the cards. When we got into the room, it had 1 king bed - we had reserved 2 Queen bed room. Triedto call the desk-no answer! Back to the desk for a 2 bed room. When we looked at the key card cover - it had 4 different room numbers on it, all of them marked out except our room.

Poor review, they charge you an extra $106 when you check in and they blame it on the 3rd you book thru for not telling you. The check in person was not helpful at all. Due to health concerns we had to check out and find another hotel for the night. I asked for a refund but was told I had to go thru *******. I called ******* and they had to contact the hotel which was a waste of time. I just want my money back

酒店回复: Firstly, that's security deposit and refunded when you check out. Posted on all our website including 3rd party. Its written in fine print about hotel policy. After you checked out room was inspected we did not find ANY MOLD in that room, Yes we apologize for any rust that was on mirror. Please try to understand we are close large body of water, musty smell is nature anywhere you go close to ocean, please do not just assume that`s mold. We try to maintain our room, we apologize that room was not up to your expectations.

The room was in terrible condition. The tub was backing up. When I called the front desk to ask for more towels, they never brought them. The bathroom door didn’t stay shut or locked. The hallway smelled like a urinal.

Room smelled like mold, and there was no fan ventilation (or windows to supplement ventilation) in the bathroom. Breakfast was okay, but ceiling was caving in in breakfast dining area.

Dirty room, dead bugs on floor when we got in room. Strong smell of cleaner or bug spray. Didn’t even bring bags up, left and checked in at a better hotel

The room had a mold smell and mildew smell mold was on the window tried to get a refund they told me no and that they stand firm about not giving me the refund. So DONT STAY HERE

酒店回复: Thank you for your feedback. Never had anyone complaint about safety at our hotel. If there was any issue, should have complaint at the front desk. Upon check out you were happy with you stay1! if you did not feel safe why end up staying for whole night without any issue.
