The staff was the highlight of the stay; they were super friendly and attentive. The breakfast was good (better on the weekend than the weekday). The pool was the cleanest one we have seen on our travels. The airport shuttle was convenient and easy to request.

Was not able to get room cleaned during our stay and had to put trash and towels in bin to be cleaned. Was told we needed to ask to get our room cleaned!

Based on the chain I was expecting more. Upon check-in there was tension between the two men working behind the counter. The person who helped us was mad, told us there would be additional charges in addition to the parking charge. Rooms and hallways were a bit shabby and carried a smell. Bathroom was tiny. Breakfast had few selections. HOWEVER, the African-American lady at the desk in the morning was very friendly, efficient, and helped organize and wipe down tables and eating area. She was great, but we won't stay there again.

First room smelled of mildew and we had to ask to move. They were very accommodating and helpful. Next room was better but we didn’t realize the refrigerator wasn’t working til morning and all our food was spoiled. We were very discouraged and nothing was done about it when we told them about it.
I clicked on 1 night parking and was charged for 2.
The room layout with the shower/toilet is not ideal at all but I just forgot that about this brand when I booked it.
When we requested pillows for the pullout (we needed 2 for the 2 kids sleeping in it) we were told they only had 1 extra. Which seemed odd since we just came from a room and the place overall felt very unoccupied.
We definitely would not stay here again but you get what you pay for.

Choice of Hyatt was a matter of convenience, previous good experiences with different Hyatt facilities, which unfortunately didn’t apply to this one in Aurora. The room was clean and well furnished and bed was comfortable but service were very poor.
