lady that works at the front desk was trying to give me a room that was already occupied t. V didn't work. Sink clogging, supposedly breakfast included which is coffee. No Creamer, only personal in-house creamer.
No irons in the room. I have to go downstairs and get iron soda machines was sold out

Room not ready at check-in so they gave me another. The floor in second room was soaking wet from just being mopped and not dry and took almost an hour to air dry. Cable TV was down so absolutely NO television to watch. I’ve stayed at this location before but this will be the last. Very disappointing. Floor was dirty behind the bathroom door and was clearly visible once the door was closed. There are no hair dryers provided on the bathroom wall, but on a bright note, the front desk girl loaned me her personal dryer which was very much appreciated.

Lights in room didn’t work, kept flickering on and off. Holes in bedding. Holes in walls. No Kleenex. Facility really has gone downhill since my stay last year.

A summary of our stay:
1. Room had no TP - had to go to desk.
2. Bathroom had one used towel thrown over rack, no others, had to go to desk for towels.
3. One bed was made with no blanket! Second bed WAS MADE WITH A BLANKET THAT SMELLED LIKE ARMPIT SWEAT AND WAS OBVIOUSLY UNWASHED (it was after midnight and we were not prepared to change rooms).
4. Front desk had sign saying “12:00 pm checkout.” When I went to the front desk in the morning to complain about the room, the disinterested manager Juanita said she that then would not charge me fifty dollars for that EXTRA HOUR!” She also contacted the owner Sam who was just as unconcerned.
I’LL REPEAT: ONE BED HAD NO BLANKET AND THE OTHER HAD A USED, UNWASHED, SWEAT-SOAKED, UNHYGIENIC, DISGUSTING BLANKET.
And no one cared.
If you stay here, you are a fool because if they can’t do any of this stuff right (including following Montana Hospitality Law), what else are they doing wrong?
I wonder exactly what else in that room was not cleaned, don’t you?
And posting a sign saying 12:00 check out but then saying that the extra hour is fifty dollars without notice - yah, well, I wish you the best of luck.

房间宽敞，服务人员比较热情，地点稍微偏僻，不远处真的有瀑布，附近城市叫fallls的不少，有有翻译为福尔斯的也不少。
从我到达的那一刻起，我就有一种不祥的预感。这里的人很奇怪，房子也有点脏。照片里根本看不出来它是什么样子。我们看到一个女人从一楼的窗户爬进来。情况不对劲。我们不得不离开；我们感觉不安全。
