When we arrived the sheets on the bed were not tucked . Upon further investigation we noticed hair on the sheets. We requested that the sheets be changed. Initially we were told that the people who do that were gone for the day. Eventually they told us that they would change the sheets. Shortly after that the toilet began running nonstop. Someone came and did a quick fix. In the middle of the night it started again. The shower head
was leaking from where it connected to the pipe.
My husband tried to make the staff aware at the end of our stay. At no time did we ask for a refund, but we wanted them to know why we more than likely would not return. Before this stay, we were planning on recommending this hotel to family members for our daughter’s graduation. Unfortunately due to this trip that’s not going to happen.

Room was spotless, hallways were clean and quiet. Employees at reception desk were polite, helpful and professional. Great location, wonderful parking. Well done, thank you!

酒店很好，很干净。员工非常乐于助人，也很友善。值得推荐。
房间很棒，床也很舒服。
房间和床单有难闻的味道。床上的床单和折叠床的床单都有难闻的味道，好像没有洗干净。另外，床也不是很舒服。淋浴间的免费瓶装沐浴露/洗发水没有。星巴克咖啡是这次住宿中最棒的部分。
柜台的工作人员非常友善，没什么可抱怨的！
一天早上，我打电话要求当天打扫房间并换新毛巾。我们被告知他们需要洗衣服，但不知道毛巾什么时候会来。我们下午 4 点左右回到房间，房间还没有打扫，也没有毛巾。前台说空出的房间需要先打扫……几天后，房间一直没有打扫。淋浴间有一扇奇怪的半玻璃门，没有窗帘（另一个房间的家人用窗帘遮住了巨大的缝隙）。淋浴间和水槽上有污渍。总的来说，非常失望，甚至提前三晚取消了住宿。不会再来了。
太可悲了！！！员工不错，但酒店/房间太糟糕。脏乱差是说得好听点！天哪！
