Holly Hill Inn
The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a charge for a cooked breakfast but was well worth it. The cold breakfast was included in the price. Pet friendly and will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Holly Hill Inn, the room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The view from our room was nice as we could see horses in the field and an overview of Richmond.
The owner was very friendly. It is a in a good position to visit Richmond - a 10 to 15 minute walk downhill and obviously uphill on the way back!
There was a slight problem regarding breakfast as we had booked our stay including breakfast. We assumed this would be a traditional cooked one, however on arrival we were informed that we had to pay more if we wanted a cooked breakfast. This should be made clearer on the booking site, especially as the reviews mention the "cooked to order" food.

large room and shower room, large bed, clean. lovely view over Richmond. However, shower room tired and needs refurb, the view is marred by old bits of wood and rubbish on the path outside the window. The surrounding gardens and access path need clearing of discarded equipment, and general rubbish.

Wonderful welcome and lovely staff team. Lovely comfy clean bed but rest of room and stairwell dusty and a few cobwebs in corners.
Food delicious, home cooking.
Staff friendly.
