Woken up around 5:30 am with a lot of noise Sounded like a movie in above the room. Continued up to 7:00 am when we gave up sleeping. Went to the front desk to see what was going on with the noise. Their response was what noise. It proceeded down from there. No concern from either one. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. See why the parking lot is empty.

You approached the front desk in a hostile manner, demanding to know why the elevator was so loud—even though your room wasn’t anywhere near it. We clarified immediately that it was not the elevator. As this is an extended-stay property, guests often rise early to start their day, which may have been the source of the noise. You then insisted the parking lot was empty and therefore no one was here. We explained again that an empty lot does not mean the building is empty. Despite our attempts to calmly address your concerns, you escalated the situation with threats to Yelp. Later, we discovered the sounds came from an elderly couple above you who were packing up, moving carefully due to mobility challenges, not ‘movie-level’ noise.We wish you peace, joy, and a calmer perspective heading into the holiday season and new year.”

The kitchen was equipped, but the stove was not working. Also, in the bathroom, the fan was not working. It was just an OK stay. Also my daughter and I got a few bites while sleeping in the bed. Not good.

My first issue was the TV needs to be replaced with smart tv or even have better options for channels. We had a toddler who was not able to watch kid shows due to this. Not just him there was nothing we even watched on there. My other issue was the hot water. That night the water was warm but the next morning it started really getting cold. And the carpet was not clean at all. I know we will not be using this hotel again.

The room was perfect. Not fancy, but clean and had everything you need. Full sized refrigerator, real 4 cup coffee pot, sink, 2 stove eyes, dishwasher and microwave. There were utensils and cups in the cabinets. Nice bathroom and shower. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything worked great in the room for what we needed.
这是我和伴侣住过的最糟糕的酒店之一。虽然我们遇到了一些友好的工作人员（莫妮卡非常热情，尽力帮助我们），但房间实在是不怎么样。我们匆匆放下行李去探望家人，晚上11点回来安顿好后，发现厨房地板中央有两只活蟑螂和一只死蟑螂。我们的躺椅坏了——试图合上时，又有一只蟑螂从床边的躺椅底下爬了出来，厨房台面下面还有一只。由于时间已晚，而且感恩节期间大部分酒店都已订满，我们要求换房。第二个房间里虽然没有看到任何虫子，但桌子上放着第二个微波炉，闻起来像烧焦的香烟和咖啡豆，因为主微波炉坏了。床头柜和遥控器黏糊糊的，看起来像是没擦过，椅子也显得非常破旧。更糟糕的是，我们厨房的灯一直闪烁，最后在我们入住的最后一晚彻底熄灭了。
