酒店刚翻新过,大堂看起来很棒!可惜房间还是感觉很旧,家具和地毯都磨损了。餐厅和客房服务的速度也特别慢。肯定还有很大的改进空间。
略有点年代感,浴缸的水泛黄,但是又确实是当地最好的酒店。早餐不错,但前台不能换零钱。津巴布韦出租车司机都假装没零钱不找零。
房间太老旧了,其他还可以。房间也不配备牙膏,拖鞋也要一天一换。
从前台到餐厅,服务都非常糟糕和缓慢。饮料等了半天,主菜也不是很好吃。考虑到这是哈拉雷最贵的酒店,而且价格不菲,这简直令人失望透顶。

这家酒店唯一的不足之处是他们的皇家套房和总统套房价格偏高。
