Excellent all around! The hosts are incredibly lovely, helpful, down-to-earth people who are a genuine pleasure to be around. The rooms are large, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The facilities are clean and work properly. Truly a gem of a place!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Most friendly and helpful host, Mr Dhananjay. Lovely and great first impression of the property. We were a group of 17 and booked the entire property. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.😊

A very spacious homestay with a very welcoming and friendly staff. Went there as a group of 17 and had a wonderful time chilling around and eating the prepped food. Their pool is a nice addition under tree shade. The furniture, paintings and lamps add such a subtle touch to enhance the experience. Dhananjay has been an amazing host for us, making very helpful recommendations of not-too-touristy activities and places to see. The stay is situated little off the main road but still quite close to the market and amenities. Again, the rooms are so big, it's fun to walk around and sit by the window looking over the lake pichola nearby.

This property has spacious, well appointed rooms, and everything's kept neat and tidy. We were a group of 17 who'd booked the whole place (10 rooms), and our host, Dhananjay, was extremely helpful all throughout the stay. While on our trip, we had breakfast and dinner from the property, and other meals outside at restaurants, and the taste of the food we had here trumped everything outside by a large margin.

We were a large group of 15-17 people.The stay was very comfortable. Right from rooms to the food, everything is all on point. They have a very friendly staff and the hospitality was amazing. Dhananjay was a great host who also helped us planning our day:).

We stayed with our 2 year old and she enjoyed it. Also a special mention for the food, veg or non veg it was absolutely delicious.
