Better than average motel in the budget category. The basics are there: clean, good water pressure, friendly staff, basic breakfast.

The employees made the stay wonderful. They always had a smile and went out of the way to help me.
When in Artesia I will always stay there.

Everything was great. The TV didn't work but she tried to fix it for us then she said we could move rooms , but i didn't want to bother with it being as we wern't going to be in the room that long anyway.

Very nice personnel. Clean for the most part (not a fan of carpet in halls). Would still recommend.

The hotel seemed old and not quite clean. The carpets in the halls and steps were really dirty. The back door didn't give you access with your key.

The property was clean and the front drsk was great and helful. The only thing we did not get our room serviced while we stayed there.

Very run down. No elevator. We will not be staying at the Quality Inn again. There are other hotels at this price that are much more updated and with elevator.
