They lobby smelled so strong of air freshener it gave me a headache while waiting 5 minutes to check in. My room was next to the elevators, and any time the elevators were in use, there was a high pitched whine and vibration in my room. This woke me up early both mornings and kept me from getting back to sleep. The bathroom door didn't fit well and barely closed. Bathroom lacked ventilation. Windows were old and filled with condensation. Overall, Hotel was quite dated and needs a lot of updates and more thorough cleaning.

Desk and housekeeping staf& were friendly and helpful. Everything in the room worked well. Our 6th-floor room was quiet, especially with the heating/cooling unit fan running. The parking lot had sand around some parking spots, probably remaining
from winter treatment of sloping entry/exit ramps.

Literally no running water at one point. Stuck next to disruptive and intoxicated guests that woke us at 4am and continued for two nights. Lock your car.

The beds were comfortable. The restaurant in the same building was very convenient. Loved that I had a bathtub. But the phone had no chord so to get the front desk I had to go down in person.

My experience was horrible, everything is bad in this hotel, I could only stay there for an hour and I left this hotel losing the money I had already paid.
