My husband and I booked a room with a king sized bed oceanfront for our wedding weekend. On check in we were told due to maintenance we needed to be downgraded to a double bed room. I was upset, but didn’t want to cause problems so we accepted. They claimed they would contact us the next day to move us to the room we booked. We waited all day and never received a call and no one said anything when we double checked at front desk that night. When we checked out the next day front desk insisted they called multiple times to move us to a new room (I never received a call neither did my husband) and then when I explained I never received a call and had a very hard time believing they did call us they claimed they just found out they had a wrong number on file. The room itself had a nice view but the bed was pretty hard and the shower water came out brown when we turned it on in addition the water pressure was incredibly weak. I also asked the front desk about compensation for the difference in price for the booking and they said it was only $10 difference a night and I’d need to contact the booking agency myself. I’m not normally the type to leave a bad review but this experience was definitely rough. Will not be booking with this hotel again.

I liked the comfort of staying in a Hilton property which is always nice and comfortable. We had dinner one night at the restaurant next door which was fun and great!
I wasn't really crazy about the parking lot we had to use and pay $15/night to park there. This was off season, free parking would make more sense.

Asked for housekeeping two days in a row and never showed to clean the room, poor service in that aspect, over flowing garbage in the hallways going to elevator

Staff/maids were courteous, room clean with ocean view was awesome with sunrise every morning. Beach access and walking distance to bars/restaurants.

The views from our room were perfect .. the room was very clean and the staff were pleasant and professional. I would recommend a stay at this location

Room was not maintained. Shower wand holder broken (missing!), AC extremely noisy, TV mounted at angle, room was not serviced during stay of two days. Obvious lack of attention

Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Found a lighter under the bed. There was no hot water the day we checked out. Valet parking was not available within the scheduled hours. Waited but one came.
