这次住宿经历实在令人失望，无法称之为酒店的水准。我为了家人来安娜堡读书选择了这家酒店，然而两天的入住却成为了一场噩梦。电梯故障，不得不两天里不停地徒步负重上下楼梯。空调也完全不能正常制冷，不论开关状态都发出刺耳的噪音。卫生间的电灯坏了，第二天竟然没有热水可用，甚至让人无法洗个痛快澡。我多次要求维修或更换房间，但酒店服务人员却告知大部分房间都是这种状况，甚至没有多余房间，可笑的是酒店停产位基本上都是空着的。整夜的折腾下来，即便关闭空调仍然伴随噪音，无法入眠，更别提洗漱了。早晨的早餐也是令人大失所望，只有小面包和饮料，毫无丰富选择。虽然我在携程预付了房款，但却无法退款重新选择酒店，而在退房时，他们竟然无法提供账单，声称是系统故障。总之，我强烈建议携程终止与这家酒店的合作关系，并且呼吁大家不要考虑预订这家酒店。

Room was not clean when we checked in. Staff offered us another room which was better, but still had issues (shampoo out, toiletries not refilled, door to bathroom wouldn't close).

Love, the fact that we can always count on having a good night. Stay when we come to Ann Arbor, which we do a few times a year and always stay here. Highly recommend this property for its convenience and facilities.

I didn't like that the shears were missing and ripped, that bathroom floor culking around the bathtub was dirty. Housekeeping staff were having loud conversations with each other outside my room door in the morning and also listining to loud video talk on their phone outside our door. Cleaning staff also pestered us to leave the room before the 11 am check out time.
