The room was clean, the staff was the best part of the stay honestly. They are an asset to the hotel. I felt like it was a family operated establishment because of the way they took care of the guest. I observed everything from check in to breakfast to just regular interactions. Great job!

Staff was very kind and assisting. We didn't have a chair in the room to sit at the table so we had to sit on the couch. I guess that is the reason the couch was dirty.

The front desk was so friendly, responsive, and helpful. My room had some issues which the front desk addressed and fixed. Hot coffee all day. My biggest complaint would be the guests who booked there. Some people decided to have a “church” retreat there and were very loud.

Our stay was nice. The breakfast was good. The room we stayed in had a weird smell to it, and only in a certain area. I later found out there was a half eaten, dusty burrito wedged between the air conditioner and the wall. Overall the stay was good though.

Well the concert we were supposed to go got cancelled, so that was a bummer. But the stay here was great. Clean rooms, good breakfast, clean lobby.

Check in was confusing, beds very uncomfortable, we stayed for 5 days, no one ever came to empty our trash, replace linens or make the beds. We were told we had to get our own linens from front desk, and they never had enough. Our room keys never worked we had to ask 4 times to get new ones with one only ever working each time. The place was dirty

我们当时太匆忙,忘了取回我们的泰普尔枕头。这个枕头和酒店用的枕头一模一样,而且装在一个粉色丝绸枕套里。退房后才30分钟左右,我们就打电话问他们能不能帮我们把枕头留着,但我们昂贵的枕头却神奇地不见了。走廊里和电梯里可能都有摄像头,但酒店管理层告诉我,我们一定是在出门时把枕头掉在地上的。我们自己心里清楚。我告诉经理,他们手下有小偷,要求他们更换枕头来弥补损失。但他们拒绝了。没错,我们忘记了枕头,这是我们的错,但如果你连员工的正直和诚实都无法相信,……???应该解雇某个人,或者至少酒店应该更换我们的枕头来弥补损失。结果,经理却称赞客房服务人员“非常诚实”。再说一次,他们有摄像头。他们本可以找出是谁偷了我们的东西,而不是对我们进行心理暗示,说枕头不在那里,一定是我们出门时掉的。我们清楚地知道它在房间里的哪个位置。只是我们出门的时候忘了带行李拿它而已。
