The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were well appointed. Appreciated the nice lobby and very clean gym. Felt very safe and the convenience to the hospital was great. Loved the outside fireplace and gathering space. Comfortable bed.

Almost all carpets had stains and many furnishings looked very worn or damaged and in need of replacement. Outside garbage overflowing
