Room was covered in dust, mold and blood stains. Housekeeping will come into your room without knocking super early in the morning. Tried to talk to the hotel manager about the poor experience and the manager will not reach out regarding the terrible conditions and experience.

Very disappointed in the room. Shower curtain was torn and the shower has rust and lye stains,tv selection was terrible, and Coffee pot didn't work. I asked for new one, they brought a different one that was also broken.

Everything was ok at best. More a or less an overall bummer. There was a level of dinginess to just about everything inside and around the property.
Staff seemed annoyed when we requested a room that wasn’t directly across from the hot tub in pool area. Gave us a third floor room away from the pool quite begrudgingly.
Water never got hot in sink or shower, shower/tub has a grey tone when it seemed like it should be white, carpeting in nearly all public spaces was buckled or taped down at seems, rickety luggage carts, dark and dank breakfast area which closes at 9am (seems early for a hotel catering to a variety of guests), parking lot and grass areas littered with trash, lobby door trash was overflowing with trash Sunday. Won’t stay here again.

This hotel is in need of a lot of updating. The carpet in the hall ways was bubbling up and the whole place smelled musty and old. The walls in our room were peeling and looked wet. The pool water was warm but you’d need a jacket to sit next to it. Never had that much cold air around a pool before.

I stayed one night. The room was very basic and clean. Location was convenient for traveling. Not the best but definitely not the worst. I didn’t have breakfast there so cannot comment on that.

Room 338 had torn carpet in multiple places. It was not well lit. The bathroom was not clean, with dirt and hair all over the tub. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast started at 6 am, but there was no coffee. The food was great, but not well stocked. If maintained better, this would be a wonderful hotel.
