Everything was meh. The shower was dirty and the rooms were run down and dingy, as well as the carpet. Bedding was very thin. Breakfast was provided which was nice.

The carpets are disgusting. The front desk was not helpful or friendly upon check in. I was placed by the stairwell and it was loud, the door shut and opened constantly.

I found room.smelled of something found out shower curtains bed dirty i guess shower inoperable missing flap for the drain faucet taped shut 2 time up there keys did work . New one lol one bed not two other trip . No off or comp for my hassel 3 rd room yet to see 1 30 now since got here

first room had a large stain on carpet, a dirty washrag on the sink and the bathroom fan has a nonstop loud squeal. Offered an upgrade but I had to take everything back to the truck and drive around to other side of building and bring everything back up an elevator. Then discovered the tv didnt work. Front desk said theyd send someone to look at it. An hour later no one had come so went to the desk again. They offered another move but I declined.Then 2 very young girls came to work on the tv. They got it going but by then it was bedtime. Bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was good with hot and cold items.
They told that Best western has bought it and will be remodeling. Asked for a discount for all the issues but they refused

When we checked in, because of a pet, we were placed in a first floor room, which actually more like the basement. First room opened to pool area and smelled of chlorine (?). Asked and was switched to room across hall but it was musty and smelled like cleaning solution to kill mold. They cancelled our reservation and we went to another motel.
