I was charged twice.. And now having to fight with them.. There was a problem of German roaches in the bathroom noticed some in the bathroom.. most lightbulbs weren’t working or even in the room.. smoke detector was pulled out of the wall..

Days in had me check in online prior to arrival. Took picture of drivers license and my CC information, to make the process faster. When we arrived I still had to do everything like usual to check in. What is the point of prior check in if I have to do it all over when I arrive??

Both had a roach in the bathroom my wife killed it .keys didntt work 2nd day the office worker didnt check us in for 2 day had to go back to the office to get keys redone . Heater didnt shut off.

The room was clean and comfortable. Recommend not getting a room by the stairs; they are metal grated and make a lot of noise (as do some guests) in the middle of the night. Breakfast was spare but I was there to sleep and move on so no big deal.

Dirty. Called and checked out 2 days early and said I would get a partial refund and still have no received that. Also said the hold would come off my account and that has not happened either.

There is no recycle bin. There were small cockroaches. It is very noisy not only because near highways but also they were removing leaves at 9 am
