Front desk person was very kind. I called earlier in the day to confirm our reservation and when I arrived she remembered my voice. A nice personalized touch. Room was perfect. Breakfast was better than expected. Played billiards with my son next to the cool Eugene mural. I would definitely stay again.

When I checked in, the guy at the front desk was rude. The bathroom sinked backed up after turning the water on for 10 seconds and the person in the room above me walked like their feet were made of lead. The floors were paper thin, so I heard everything. For $500 per night, this was nothing short of an insult.

Great hotel. We were in town to tour colleges. There was a Ducks game that night and our hotel was buzzing with the best fans. Lots of fun, great hotel and great service
