太失望了!我去找经理谈了,结果还是扣了我一部分钱。我跟他提了这件事,他老婆走到我门口,当着我的面撒谎说他老婆不会做那种事。好吧,我猜。那里有很多人抱怨这家汽车旅馆。说实话,你们需要加强一下。
太糟糕了。办公室里的人很粗鲁。客房服务人员说她不是客房服务人员。服务很差劲,他们的东西从来都不干净。垃圾从不清理,总是堆积如山。

我的住宿体验很棒,只是没有电视遥控器。除此之外,一切都很棒!
