Some of our rooms do contain a bath/shower combo, which is not uncommon in Australia, but can be hard to navigate for some guests. I have made notes on your profile to ensure you are given a walk-in shower for any future bookings, and we do have shower mats available upon request. I understand your preference for privacy and why you declined our offers of first aid and arranging transportation to a medical centre. We did alsooffer a complimentary upgrade to a larger room type with walk-in shower the first thing the following day after checking that you and your wife were both okay, which you also declined. 我经常因为工作原因住在这里，服务一直很稳定，而且性价比很高。
接待人员总是非常友好热情。
我的妻子在洗澡/淋浴时滑倒了，脸被严重摔伤，两只眼睛都青了，报告说她不是第一个这样做的人，我们试图解决这个问题，但这破坏了我们的假期，却没有得到任何赔偿
我因为工作原因在这里住过很多次，最让我恼火的就是在酒店自带停车场停车要额外收20美元。感觉有点坑人。
