Bathroom was not as clean as expected, a few areas of grunge, especially around plug holes. Wifi very intermittent.

Great seafront location and very comfortable bed. Receptionist was wonderfully helpful, and evening meals were good with attentive staff; more so than at breakfast. Parking was confusing, shower door faulty, website outdated, and some small breakfast and room issues (missing condiments, exposed bulb).

Comfortable 3 bedroom lodge with a sea view around the corner. Well equipped with terrace and parking space. I recommend that place.

Comfortable room, clean . Easy access to lift. Shower could do with hand rail. Housekeeping good. Good outside high terrace seating area and dining room.

Nice location. Great service, only Bar staff could have been a bit more helpful. Spotty WiFi signal. Overall, a decent night's stay.

The lady manager greeted us on arrival, she was very friendly and helpful and bubbly which made a difference to our stay it mad us feel welcome, the only thing was there wasn't always someone on reception.
The restaurant was nice but wasn't keen on the very large thick cut chips which were under cooked. And I'm not sure if the person serving us was a man or a woman...he spoke and looked like a man but had a dress on!!!
Although he/she was pleasant and helpful serving us, but I think he'd been better wareing trousers as the young girl waitresses did.

Late night check-in and stopover after getting off the Isle of Man ferry at midnight. The only place with 24 hour check in without going to Lancaster, 2nd time staying, got a newly renovated room, very comfy bed and a great breakfast the next morning. Will 100% use this hotel again if in Morecambe

我不推荐这家酒店。房间看起来不像我在网站上预订的房间。我们一进房间就闻到一股油腻的味道，还有一股养老院的味道！房间很小，几乎连猫都无法在里面转来转去！床肯定不是双人床。我认为它应该算一张大单人床。房间里有电视是没有意义的，因为没有频道！房间不是最干净的，最糟糕的是，房间太热了，我感觉自己快要融化了！我带了一瓶冰水进了酒店，到了早上，水已经变温了！我们真的等不及天亮回家了！我宁愿在晾衣绳上睡得更好！我不知道这家酒店怎么还在营业！
