We Stayed here for one night only and the experience was nice, will definitely consider this property in future. The rooms are spacious with clean washrooms. The food is really good , they have a complete veg restaurant as well as another restaurant which serves Veg & Non veg as well.. It took us Approximately 20 mins to reach Bagdogra Airport in the morning.

Used this for a night after finishing our Bhutan trip in Tata Punch EV. Due to non stop rains, we arrived very late but staff was there to help. Direct booking was easy and they were supportive - did not take advance but kept the booking inspite of late arrival. At 1am, they served us sandwiches, pasta and french fries - just what we needed for our hungry tummies! Ample quantity and rates weren't too high We took 3 rooms for the 6 of us. The Room size is good, has balcony, AC works well and washroom clean. Had a good 4-5 hr sleep before morning flight. Breakfast spread was decent if not excellent. Do note - this is a pure veg hotel and they do not serve non-veg. Got a great deal via direct booking. Airport is 15 mins away in morning times. Ample parking available too

We had a really good experience at Barsana Hotel and Resort, Siliguri. From check-in to check-out, everything was just perfect. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We were in town for an exam and found this hotel to be a peaceful and comfortable place to stay. The bed was extremely comfortable—I had a great night's sleep. The staff were always kind, helpful, and welcoming, with a smile on their faces. Everything seemed well-managed and organized, creating a relaxing and hassle-free environment. One area of improvement would be the Wi-Fi—it was a bit slow during our stay. Other than that, everything was excellent. We stayed in Room No. 315 and would highly recommend Barsana Hotel and Resort to others visiting Siliguri.

I stayed here for a night while returning through Bagdogra airport. Not only its location (not too far from airport) but its ambience was a pleasant experience for me. The room is nice particularly a small sitting space at the window is very elegant, food is good and staff is very cordial.

Checked in at 1 p.m. on 21st May. Room is cosy and comfortable. Food is good. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Decent hotel for a day or 2. Airport is 20 to 30 mins away. Hotel provides airport drop at a fee. There is gym & spa which we could not explore. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Hotel is located 10min drive from airport. We attended family function, hence not used much of any facilities. Rooms were average size and comfortable. Food was average and staff was polite and prompt. However, there was incident with one of the guests, they forgot two sets of cloths packed together and Hotel never informed the host. On enquiry, they return one set of clothing and informed they found only one. It reflects that the management was not serious about guest belongings.
