I had a very good experience at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well kept. The front desk worker who checked me in was especially helpful—he quickly exchanged my change for dollar bills when the vending machine wasn’t cooperating, and he even checked on the outside lock scanner to make sure everything was working properly. I really appreciated the extra effort and friendly service.

They made us feel like they were glad we were there! I received a couple of welcoming texts, asking us to let them know if we needed anything. We got room service every day! That hasn't happened since Covid! Room was clean and in good repair. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

It was fine
This hotel served the purpose we needed it to, which was a place to shower and lay our heads after a day on our motorcycle. It was safe and the beds were comfy enough. Overall it was clean but it definitely needs some TLC and/or updates. The pool area felt like a sauna and the hot tub only has two or three jets working.

Room for improvement. No elevator that I saw hard with luggage. . Not automatic door entry. Hard to manage with suit cases. Room needed maintenance. Price was fairly reasonable but would pay more for improvements noted

Very basic breakfast with no attendant. Had to have desk clerk refill coffee. Two night stay and they did not replace coffee packets in room. Location is good.

The bathroom was gross; ceiling tiles were stained and missing pieces of trim around bathroom floor. The fridge looked like it was from 1970 and the room smelled horrible. The hot tub & pool area was poorly lit and was dirty. Food and wrappers all over the floor. Will probably not stay there again.

Right next to Cracker Barrel
My adult daughter and I planned a quick 2 night trip to Mall of America which is only 15 minutes away from the hotel.
I loved the friendliness of the staff. It was right next to Cracker Barrel, so that was nice too.
The A/C worked great too.
On the con side it could use an update for example the paint can use an update in the bathroom.
I would stay here again, we felt safe and welcomed.
PS if you are short like me (5’1”) the beds in our room are high. I travel with a little step for beds like this.

A Good Stay
The room, It was very clean and the only 2 things thats I was not impressed by is the breakfast options and there was no elevator but my overall stay and customer service was great.
