Room smelled like mold, the bathroom door frame was rusted out in spots and the breakfast was terrible, it was all circle shaped and the meat was soaking in water.

The property was very convenient to get in and out of with close proximity to I10. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the usual buffet breakfast and staff kept it adequately stocked and were present if you needed them. Only reason for not rating the hotel higher is that some of the furnishings were stained and it was time to replace them. Overall, the room was clean.

Cons: The room smelled of straight Clorox. The A/C was not working properly (thank God we bring a fan every time we travel). Rooms are on outside (motel style). Kitchen attendant was very rude.

Pros: The beds were super comfy. The breakfast pretty decent (biscuits and gravy, ham, eggs, waffles). The price was great. Near the interstate and Outlet Mall. Short drive to our destination so it was a great choice.

This is the 1st time I stayed here. When I saw this hotel it had a 7 star rating thats why I booked it. If I would have know it had a 3 star, i wouldn't even give this place a chance. I dont feel safe here. I go my room and it filthy and musty. Lamp shades rims has rust on them. The lamps by the bed are all dusty, bathroom has black soot in the tub, behind the toilet has a patch the was just painted over it. Rug looks like blood spots on it. Phone doesn't work, only through speaker phone. I asked for a non smoking room n it smells like cigarettes in here. Chair arm rest is all ripped up. Bathroom floors around the tub and walls are all rusted. Bathroom shower walls r dirty. Please don't waste your money. I asked for a 2nd room and its just as bad. Behind the beds it was dirty n disgusting. Pillows were bad. Please check your rooms if u stay here. I suggest not too, don't waste your money. I was denied a refund and I am stuck here for 1 night. My vacation was ruined. Picture are from 1st room to 2nd room and towels did nor felt clean. I hate to leave this review but I had never had such a bad experience with a hotel. I complained to front desk about the problems with the rooms, they know about the issues, i am just grateful that she did help with. But i didnt stay my 2 nights. Please fix everything that is wrong.

Run, don’t walk away from this location. It was more like a halfway house than a motel. Guests were walking the halls in pajamas, babies were wandering the halls without adults, the smell of pot was everywhere. We immediately checked out and went to find somewhere better suited for a family to stay at. Thankfully, they were kind enough to refund our stay. Having said that, they also put a $150 hold on my credit card for 7-10 days. The rooms were booked through a company and it’s also going to take 7-10 for the refund.

I do not recommend. I booked another hotel for the second night(lost money on this one). The toilet had a sticky substance on it, carpert felt moist, mold was in the closet and the tub was nasty. Beds were clean and air worked well.
