We checked in earlly morning 2 am. The staff has helped us turn on the heater.
The room is very cozy, clean and tidy.

Very tidy rooms with great views of the mountains and the family room was the perfect size with our 4 year old. Downstairs bar and cafe has plenty of comfortable seating for a wee session on the laptop, and onsen on top floor was super convenient and relaxing. Awesome vibes from all the staff!

evo Hotel has wonderful friendly and helpful staff, which will go out of their away to help. All staff spoke perfect english. The location was amazing, right on the heart of town with plenty of parking across the road. There is an Onsen just across the road as well as a free foot onsen which you can enjoy an amazing view of the mountains.. There is also a small onsen on evo's 5th floor. This hotel has been fully renovated late last year. The main bus stop from Nagano is next door and also the tourist information centre. There is an area on the 2nd floor that you can bring in your take away food (microwave available for reheating. Free washing machine and dryer. Extremely comfortable rooms and the bed mattress is top quality. Lawson convenience store just across the road. You find lots of restaurants nearby.
这是一家很棒的精品酒店，就在八方巴士总站旁边。酒店是新装修/建造的，装修精美，房间也很漂亮。我们窗外有一棵樱花树，另一个窗户能看到阿尔卑斯山景。
马路对面就是罗森便利店和一家公共浴场，而且还有前往五龙和八方滑雪场的班车服务。
因为是春天，酒店人不多，但周围的景色依然美得令人窒息。非常推荐在黄金周期间入住！
我们在白马Evo酒店度过了非常愉快的时光。房间干净舒适，员工热情友好，乐于助人，耐心解答了我们所有的问题，而且始终面带微笑。总而言之，这是一次非常棒的体验。
Evo酒店地理位置优越，紧邻巴士总站，穿着滑雪装备步行前往缆车非常方便。房间时尚、设计精良、功能齐全，而且空间宽敞，可以挂衣服和整理行李，非常舒适。烘干室和可以安全锁好所有装备的功能也很棒。酒店本身设计时尚别致，整体来说非常出色。美中不足的是员工服务。在日本旅行期间，我们享受到了卓越的服务，所以这次的体验令人失望。我们两次被困在酒店，因为酒店班车没有事先通知就未来接我们。感觉我们好像打扰了员工的滑雪假期（除了Denish，他非常出色）。对一些人来说，这里或许可以作为派对酒店，但我只想早点休息，好去滑雪，而不是半夜被从酒吧回来的醉汉吵醒。
本月初（二月）入住这家酒店的体验喜忧参半。优点：地理位置优越（毗邻巴士总站，斜对面就是罗森便利店），滑雪用具储物柜有暖气，提供免费洗衣机/烘干机、免费班车服务、免费客房饮品、温泉，员工友好热情。缺点：房间内家具是廉价的未加工胶合板（像宿舍或廉价旅馆），没有提供毛巾。最令人无法接受的是：房间的温控器要么坏了要么没法用（接待我们的员工也说不清楚）；床上的被子对于普通身材的人来说太短，而且没有更大的尺寸可供选择。如果这是一家价格低廉的背包客旅馆，这些缺点或许还能接受。但每晚要价超过325美元，却被告知要开窗降温（在寒冬腊月）或者不得不露着脚睡觉，这实在令人难以接受。
