Breakfast was missing some things and there wasn't anyone around to ask. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Everything was fine. The front desk lady couldn't be bothered the day we left and the beds were very hard. But I would stay here again and it was nice. The night shift clerk was very nice and friendly.

The hotel is under major renovations which was not disclosed when booking. Our room looked to have been half renovated. The fire sprinkler in the bathroom was covered in painters tape and painting was the only thing done in the bathroom that had been updated. There was no where to put the toilet paper, it was just sitting on the grab bar as we were in an accessible unit. There was tons of space which was great, but only one drawer to place personal items. The door to the outside of the room was not flush to the ground - it had major ridges which compromises security. The breakfast was just so so. I don’t think I’ve ever been to an hotel that didn’t have some kind of oatmeal. It was all located in the conference room due to the construction, but maybe once it’s done there will be more to offer. All of the front desk staff were very delightful and caring. Just the state of the hotel was not what we expected. With family in town, we need to find a place that we can return to and feel good about. Not sure this is the place.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean but was very heavily scented from some cleaning product (enough to give me a headache). Breakfast was not great. I visited midway through the time slot and there was not enough food for the number of guests, watery eggs, broken waffle dispenser, ran out of fruit, muffins, etc.
房间刚开始有一股难闻的气味，我想是因为空调没开。打开空调后，气味就消失了。床还算可以，但有些枕头很脏，而且床单似乎很久没换过了。最糟糕的是，我们在房间里发现了蟑螂。虽然前台提出可以帮我们换房间，但我还是觉得住不下去了。
3月21日（25日）值夜班的工作人员凌晨1点30分和2点20分两次把我们吵醒，让我们别让孩子蹦蹦跳跳。我告诉他孩子们从晚上10点就睡着了，但他一直坚持说是我们吵醒的，后来才发现他把房间搞混了……真是太不专业了。
