Sheets had stains on them,crack at bottom of door a snake could crawl thru,not free breakfast but it was advertised,room card stopped working,air conditioner made noises, will not b back.only good thing it was 10 minutes from my daughter.

The girl at the front desk was absolutely rude, unhelpful, and unfriendly. She was intimidating. I would not have felt comfortable asking her for anything. We were there on 08/20 - I've been tempted to contact coorprote, that's how awful she was.
我和我丈夫休息得很好。床很舒服，房间也很干净。办理入住时前台的工作人员非常友善，乐于助人。这两点让我们的住宿体验非常棒。谢谢你们让我们的入住如此愉快。
就很随便的感觉，前台服务挺好的
就价格而言，这还不错，但让我困惑的是，客房服务人员进了我的房间，没有打扫任何东西，只是拿走了某些物品，没有把垃圾袋放回垃圾桶，也没有把浴室垫放回原处，而且我第二天就发现水槽上爬着小蚂蚁。
房间有损坏，天花板发霉，电器生锈。
非常适合与家人一起入住
服务很差，房间里有很多脏味
