位置很方便,基本上走路出去就可以觅食或去7-11,早餐也不错,环境很幽静,游泳很方便,家人很喜欢,小孩特别爱这里的泳池
我这次来泰国13天,一家四口,住了4家酒店,我很客观在说,这个为啥给差评!太远了,从普吉机场来,需要将近俩小车,包车就要2000泰铢,妹妹晕车吐了一身,到前台办理入住,晚上8点多到,前台告知还在打扫???晚上打扫房间?要等半个小时!我说,你先让我跟妹妹洗个澡,然后前台就戴个口罩,摆个臭脸!嫌我们难闻,妹妹晕车+没吃饭+没洗澡不舒服,一直哭,那个女的就捂着耳朵,跟同事说,太吵了,赶紧带他们走!酒店明明有洗衣服服务,(收费)联系前台需要人上来拿衣服洗,装听不懂,电话打了20分钟,说要自己出去洗,最后在门口碰见打扫房间的阿姨,给操作了一下,拿走洗了,房间就是公寓式的,安排的在后面,司机把东西拉到楼下,我们两个大人带俩孩子,拖4个行李箱,自己拉上去,然后走的时候,退房,联系前台,说10分钟过来拉行李,楼下等了!20分钟!没人!最后我们自己拉过去!总之,服务很差劲!最多值300!这个地方很远,去别的地方很不方便,时间20分钟起,价格1000泰铢起,就是离拉威海滩比较近,上岛还可以,泰国很好,这个酒店很垃圾
这个酒店刚住进去感觉还不错,发现是中国老板开发的,给他们运营,其实就是相当于公寓,拖鞋这些简陋我感觉都无所谓,空调外机放在这里震动不停和噪音很大!这些我感觉都可以忍!遇到这个女服务员早餐态度也不好!有一天早上拿出手机中文显示告知酒店早餐禁止外带罚款什么,我感觉提醒没多想,后面又走到隔壁的隔壁也是中国人提醒,都是提醒中国人,旁边欧美这些都不说!完全歧视中国人,无法忍受,因为我语言不太好,当时没驳斥什么!后面想想跑到这里被这个女人歧视!真心垃圾,感觉过年应该抵制这个酒店!妥妥的歧视中国人!
内容: 酒店位置很好找,有自己的停车场,停车方便。办理入住快速高效,工作人员热情有礼貌。房间打扫得一尘不染,设施都很新,洗澡水压很大很舒服。床软硬适中,枕头也很舒服。周边外卖选择很多,还有机器人送餐到房间,很安全。总之是一次很完美的入住,物有所值,会推荐给朋友。
听我的,中国人千万别来,这个酒店你不会喜欢的,偏欧美风一些。它的位置很不好,要走很远,洗澡热水也很少,接驳车也垃圾少。现在复盘,我发现我酒店照片一张没拍。这个酒店如果500块我能接受,1000多太贵了。
第二次来了,跟上次相比健身房没有引用水和毛巾了,早餐也没有百香果了,这次安排到靠马路的房间,稍微有点吵,其余依旧不错,有机会再来吧
挺好的一次体验,我们住的是家庭套房在3号楼,房间比较大,面对泳池,去拉威海滩也不远,我们天天去海滩,7-11有400米左右,还是很方便的
巨好,安静,卫生,环境特别好,早餐很丰富,中西餐都有,离逛街的地方很近,这里的人都很热情,工作人员很有耐心很nice,下次还来
我们预定的是家庭房,2室一厅,刚好六个人一起住,很方便,去拉威沙滩也不远,从这里去珊瑚岛很方便,酒店的早餐很好小朋友很喜欢。
住的8号楼,服务都挺好的,酒店附近也有吃饭逛街的地方,比较方便。就是要走个坡,摩托车开车比较快,路边上下坡感觉有点危险。
